Growth Group Guide

  1. What’s the most “busy person” thing you’ve ever done? (Think extreme multitasking or cramming too much into one day.)
  2. Read Haggai 1:1. Briefly recount the biblical narrative from Genesis to Haggai.
  3. Read Haggai 1:2-4. Why are the people not rebuilding the Temple? What are reasons people today put off the things of God?
  4. Read Haggai 1:5-12. How does God lovingly reason with the people?
  5. How has God convicted you of being too busy? What is God calling you to do now?
