📜 The By-Laws were last revisited in 2013. As part of good governance, the Elder Board did another review of the By-Laws and are proposing some changes to the congregation. Any change requires 2/3 majority approval at a congregational meeting, except for any change to the Statement of Faith (of which we are proposing one, Section 2.09), which requires a 90% majority approval. ⛪️ On October 26, we will have a combined worship service starting at 9:30 a.m. followed by our annual congregational and business meeting. The meeting will include ministry updates and voting for elders, deacons, and on proposed revisions to the church By-Laws. Children's Sunday School will be provided starting at 9:30 a.m.
🗳️ Active members who are unable to vote at the Annual Congregational Meeting should go to the church office before October 26 to obtain a Proxy Voting Permission Form, or print it out from the church website resources section. Fill it out, sign it, and give it to the proxy voter before the meeting to vote on their behalf at the meeting.
