Since its founding in 1982, the Chinese School of the Chinese Community Church of Indianapolis (CSCCCI) has been dedicated to promoting Chinese language education and cultural heritage for over 40 years. The school serves community members who are passionate about learning Chinese through carefully designed weekend classes and diverse enrichment activities. To enhance students’ language skills and cultural understanding, CSCCCI also actively hosts various language competitions—such as reading, storytelling, and character spelling contests—as well as traditional festival celebrations (Lunar New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival), a children's choir, and summer camps. These engaging experiences inspire students to enjoy learning while immersing themselves in the richness of Chinese culture.

• Beginning Mandarin
Multiple class levels are offered based on students’ language backgrounds and learning needs. These courses focus on foundational skills, including pinyin, basic character recognition, and reading, to help students build a solid groundwork in Chinese.
• Advanced Mandarin (Pre-AP & AP Levels)
Designed for middle and high school students with prior Mandarin experience, these classes use Integrated Chinese textbooks along with supplemental resources to strengthen listening, speaking, grammar, and writing skills. The curriculum is structured to help students prepare for the AP Chinese Language and Culture Exam.
• Adult Mandarin (Online)
Online classes are available for adults interested in learning Chinese. Classes are held once a week for 100 minutes. The exact schedule will be arranged based on students’ availability.
• Children’s Choir
The Children’s Choir is a fun and interactive program that helps preschool and elementary students learn Chinese through music and worship, while building confidence in language expression. This program is free and open to all eligible children ages 4 and up. To ensure safety and instructional quality, enrollment is limited to approximately 15 students, with adjustments made as needed. A parent or guardian must remain on-site at the church during class time. Families are welcome to attend worship services, join adult Sunday school classes, or wait in designated areas.
Time: Sundays, 10:30–11:15 AM (starting September 7, 2025, after Labor Day)
• After School Fun
This after-school enrichment program is designed to immerse students in engaging, hands-on activities that offer a deeper understanding of the richness of Chinese culture. The curriculum features both traditional and contemporary cultural elements, presented through a variety of interactive and enjoyable formats that encourage exploration and learning in a relaxed setting. Activities will be flexibly adjusted each semester based on students’ interests. Planned offerings include Chinese calligraphy and paper art, traditional snack and appetizer making, Tai Chi, table tennis, and badminton.
Time: Sundays, 3:30–5:00 PM

• 初級中文班
初級課程設有多個班級，依照學生的語言背景與學習需求分班。課程內容著重於語言基礎建構，教授基礎漢字及拼音閱讀，幫助學生打好中文學習的根基。
• 進階中文班（Pre-AP & AP程度）
專為具備中文基礎的中學生與高中生設計。課程使用《中文聽說讀寫》並搭配其他資源，強化學生的聽說讀寫能力，為AP中文語言與文化測驗做好準備。
• 成人中文班（線上課程）
提供對中文有興趣的成人線上學習機會。每週上課一次，每次100分鐘。實際上課時間將根據報名學員的時間安排而定。
• 中文學校兒童合唱團
兒童合唱團是一個充滿互動與趣味的課程，透過詩歌與敬拜，引導學生在歌聲中學習中文，並提升語言表達的自信。本課程免費開放給年滿四歲以上的學齡前與小學生參加。為確保教學品質與學生安全，預計招生人數為15人左右，實際名額將視情況做彈性調整。上課期間，家長或監護人需留在教會內。歡迎家長參加主日崇拜或成人主日學課程，或於教會指定區域等候。
上課時間：週日 上午10:30–11:15 (勞動節後9/7/2025開始上課)
• 課後文化樂園（After School Fun）
本課後延伸課程旨在透過有趣且實作性的活動，讓學生深入體驗中華文化的豐富內涵。課程內容結合傳統與現代文化元素，透過多樣化且具互動性的形式呈現，營造輕鬆愉快的學習氛圍，鼓勵學生主動探索與學習。課程活動將根據學生的興趣彈性調整。預計包括的項目：書法與紙藝、中式小吃與點心製作、太極拳、桌球與羽毛球等。
