How is the Children's Ministry Going?
Hello Parents and Coworkers,
I often get asked the question, "How is the children's ministry going?" Although I can answer some questions about the church-based programs, my best response would be: "Well, you'll need to talk to the parents." Parents have the primary responsibility for raising their children spiritually, and the church really plays a supporting role. Therefore, if you are a parent, I would encourage you to consider the question: "How is the children's ministry going in your family?"
Serving the Lord until we see Him face to face,

Last Week (July 11)
Sunday Theme We learned about Hannah praying for a son (1 Samuel 1) and Samuel hearing the voice of God calling him (1 Samuel 3). Similar to these people, we also should be talking to God and listening to His leading in our lives. This Week (July 18)
Sunday Theme 1 Samuel 8-10 tells the story of Saul becoming the first human king of Israel. Based on this story, the children will learn that God lets us choose to obey or disobey.
