As the ministry of the Chinese Community Church of Indianapolis (CCCI) grows, we are seeking a Youth Ministry Intern during the summer of 2010. The Youth Ministry Intern would work in conjunction with the Pastor of English and Youth Ministries in order to both learn more about ministry and support the current Youth Ministry.

Ideal candidate would be college-aged and above and have:

• A faithful and Christ-like character
• A strong commitment to the Lord and the local church
• An evangelical theology
• Gifts of leadership and service
• A passion for ministering to Asian students and experience in a similar context

Five main areas of responsibility include:

• Attend key events in the life of the church and Youth Group (YG) including prayer and staff meetings, Sunday worship, YG leadership meetings, and YG gatherings.
• Develop personal and YG leadership abilities and competence.
• Prepare and teach Friday night Bible Study and Sunday School.
• Lead the short-term mission trip and a small group at MCCA summer conference.
• Organize YG events in conjunction with YG leaders.

Compensation for 3 months of full-time service would be $3,000.
