Need to Register for Sunday School?

Print and fill out the registration form at the bottom of this page. For your convenience, you just need one registration form, even if you have multiple children. Then you can turn it in to Ben Malan at church this Sunday.

How do children benefit from attending Sunday School?

1. Fun group games
2. Age-appropriate Bible learning
3. A take-home sheet that summarizes the lesson and encourages learning throughout the week
4. Meaningful worship times
5. Fun and meaningful activities that reinforce the Bible lesson or introduce other elements of the Christian life.
6. The chance to build good relationships with others.

How old are children in Sunday School?

The Elementary children are in 1st through 6th Grade. The Primary children are Age 2 (born before September 1, 2008) through Kindergarten. The nursery is for children 0-2 years old, including those born after September 1, 2008.

What time is Sunday School held?

Every Sunday morning from 9:30-12:15. The first half (9:30-11:00) includes a game, Bible class, and recess. The second half (11:00-12:15) includes worship and two activity stations. See the attached schedules below for more details and the room assignments for the children.

How can I help my child learn about the Bible throughout the week?

Each week we give the children a take-home page that reviews the Sunday School lesson and gives them some activities to continue the learning throughout the week. Check out the homework procedure for more information.

How can parents stay updated on Sunday School news?

Every week parents should read the SS-120, which is the primary communication vehicle for Sunday School. You can read past issues online. Be sure to let Ben Malan know if you're not receiving this important newsletter.
