Samuel Yang serves as the Senior Pastor. A native of Formosa, he grew up treated as a retard kid, filled with misery and hate in his child life, encountered Christ as his personal savior and Lord at age of 18. Since then he has dedicated his life to follow Him with a clear conviction that God loves him and has a wonderful plan for his life. As a new creation in Christ, he went through years of formal training in Taiwan, Britain, Canada and US with Th. M and Th. D. from University of Toronto. Pastor Yang and his wife Nancy had served with Taiwan Holiness Church, C&MA Canada, ETC in Chicago for 25 years before they started serving with CCCI in Fall 2006. They also have been studied clinical psychology and research for the Study of Spiritual Formation for the Domestic and Organizational Behavior of Conflict. They have two grown up kids. Xiaoyan (Rocky) Yang serves as the Associate Pastor, the Pastor of Campus Gospel Ministries at CCCI. Rocky was born and grew up in Mainland China. In his childhood he suffered a lot in the culture revolution. In his young adult life he went to the countryside to be a farmer and eventually became a worker in a factory. He got his first degree in Medical college and became a medical teacher after his graduation and was the student administrator at the same time. He studied photography in Beijing Film Academy in order to be a photographic teacher in universities after the training. He even was an editor and journalist in China Photo Press in Beijing. He was also a commercial advertising photographer and designer in Beijing. In 2000 He and his wife Mei came to United States. Both of them were touched by God and a half year later they got baptized together. In 2003 they were called and decided to serve Lord with whole life. In 2008 He graduated from Christian Witness Theological Seminary and got MDiv. His wife Mei got her Ph.D in Public Health in Mainland China. In the United States she was a postdoctoral research fellow and research associate in two universities. Now she is a full time pastor’s wife. [contact]
Justin Young serves as the Pastor of English and Youth Ministries. He graduated with a BA from Wheaton College in Biblical and Theological Studies and an MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He and his wife Grace have two young children. [contact] [blog] [facebook]
Ben Malan serves as the Childrens Ministry Director. His passion in life is to invest in the next generation, primarily by training and motivating parents to minister to their children in the home environment (Psalm 78:1-8). Ben has a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Ministry (Childrens Ministry emphasis) from Moody Bible Institute and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Children's and Family Ministry through Bethel Seminary. He has spent three years working in Christian schools teaching math, science, and physical education. He and his wife Christina enjoy traveling around the country and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, and camping. [contact]
Leeman Kuo came to the United States in 1982. In 1992 she moved to Indy and began to serve in the church office. Her husband Fengjiun Kuo works in the pharmaceutical company, and together they have three children. [contact]
Tina Zhong came to USA in 1992. She received Jesus as the Lord in 1995. Her family moved to Indy in 2003 and began to serve in the Church office in 2007. [contact]
